Beryl B. Byles is a consultant who specializes in leadership development for senior executives in large corporations, chief executive officers of small- to mid-sized companies and leaders of non-profit enterprises. Ms. Byles moved to the Philadelphia area in 1984 with CIGNA before founding her own consulting practice 16 years ago. Her background includes organizational consulting, management training, secondary to graduate level teaching and executive outplacement. Banking clients have included CoreStates Bank, PNC Bank, Sovereign Bank and Patriot Bank. Ms. Byles is a member of the Forum of Executive Women and has also been a Business Volunteer for the Arts for 20 years. Ms. Byles recently completed two years as president of the board of trustees for the Choral Arts Society of Philadelphia.
