Beryl B. Byles is a consultant who specializes in leadership development for senior executives in large corporations, chief executive officers of small-to mid-sized companies and leaders of non-profit enterprises. Her areas of expertise include facilitating individual change and growth toward greater effectiveness and increasing productivity issues that depend on trusting relationships. She recently completed a book entitled, Authentic Leadership: An Inside Job. A Workbook of Annotated Leadership Findings from a Career of Coaching Leaders.
Ms. Byles moved to the Philadelphia area in 1984 with CIGNA before founding her own consulting practice over 20 years ago. Among several other academic situations, she has served as Adjunct Instructor at the University of Pennsylvania. Clients have included AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals, Cigna, Lockheed Martin, PNC Bank, the Kimmel Center and The Opera Company of Philadelphia. Ms. Byles is a member of the Forum of Executive Women and The Franklin Inn Club and also serves on the board of The Crossing Choir. Her undergraduate degree is from the Southeastern Louisiana University and MBA is from the University of Dallas.
